(Former Protea Captain, Shooter in 88 International matches and a Wold Cup and Coach of various top teams)
Thursday 27 Oct 2011 and Tuesday 31 January 2012
The course can be presented to U/14 – U/18 or u/10 - u/13 shooters and will be divided into two (2) parts.
Part 1 focuses on individual shooting skills and techniques.
Part 2 focuses on general circle movements and circle play.

PART 1
|

Shooting techniques and individual shooting skills will be presented;
|
|
|
Every shooter will receive a DVD with a Dartfish video-analysis on:
* her action and fault identification which could lead to technique improvement and accuracy;
* her action that will be compared to a top player and can be used as a learning instrument.

| PART 2 | |
| Circle positioning, footwork, turn and landing will be demonstrated and trained; | |
| General interplay between shooters will be demonstrated and will be trained; | |
| OPTIONAL Follow up video analysis regarding individual shooting action and action comparison (R 150.00 extra). |
COST : R 300.00 for the total course
